This session will compare the advantages and limitations of electronic (e-learning) and in-person training modalities. We will explore how to design engaging and instructionally sound content for each format, including interactive e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and hands-on classroom sessions. The webinar will also cover strategies for blended learning approaches, methods to assess training effectiveness (e.g., quizzes, observational audits), and how to maintain training records to demonstrate workforce competency to auditors and inspectors.
