Bernie Vinzani, Professor of Art and Book Arts at the University of Maine at Machias, teaches studio courses in design, drawing, printmaking, book arts, and hand papermaking. Students in his courses learn many aspects of the art of the book through traditional as well as experimental media exploration using letterpress printing, innovative paper making techniques, and digital technologies.
