Description: In this session, you will learn from UMS Micro-Credential developers. This group of panelists created micro-credentials for UMS students and youth. These micro-credentials verify learner competencies, aiding them in their career development. Youth micro-credentials strengthen the pipeline to UMS programs. These micro-credentials include Career Prepared, Innovation, and 4-H STEM Ambassadors, and 4-H Outdoor Leadership. The panelists will discuss the process of development, benefits for the learners, and share their thoughts on best practices and lessons learned.
