Happy Friday! Today is the 22nd of April 2022 or Earth Day! We are happy to share the morning at Tanglewood with you. Jessica from the UMaine 4-H Learning Centers at Tanglewood and Blueberry Cove checking in with what might be our last morning circle for the digital audience. We had hoped to carry these out each week until the start of camp in June, but we are ever so busy with our Spring Open Air Classroom programs that it is hard to do everything the justice it deserves.
So it is fitting we bring you check-in for this Earth Day. We are happy to share the 4-H and Earth Pledges as well as some reflections on the day and its history--"National Environmental Teach-In". We share some of the observations we're making from the natural world around us as well as a story sharing of the end of the Lorax by Dr. Suess.
