What it Means to be Franco: An Exploration of Themes in the Life of Albert Beliveau and later generations of Francos in Maine

The Franco-American Collection welcomed Douglas Rooks, Denis Ledoux and Severin Beliveau to discuss what it meant to be Franco to Justice Albert Beliveau throughout his career in the military in WWI and as a lawyer, judge, and justice of the Maine supreme court. Next, the panelists discussed what being Franco has meant to their generation, and turned the question to the audience to examine Franco identity moving forward.
